Valle lambskin cape – a reversible all-rounder
You probably know best when and how to wear a cape. This cape has a rectangular cut and a stand-up collar with a narrow scarf attached. The cape can be closed at the sides with hand-sewn press studs or left open. The back is 5 cm longer than the front and 68 cm long in total. The cape is cut so wide that it can be worn over many sizes.
The lambskin is Lacoon lambskin from France. This is particularly light and soft. The hair is very short and has a slightly curly texture. The back silk of the material is lightly coated and has a matt vintage look.
The lambskin cape is perfect for combining. It goes very well with tight lederhosen, such as our Lena. You can wear a T-shirt, blouse or turtleneck sweater with them and look well-dressed for any occasion. Valle wears well as a transitional cape in the fall or as a small jacket indoors when it’s already cold outside.
If you often wear the cape in heavy rain, we recommend waterproofing the leather side. Otherwise, however, this is not necessary. The cape doesn’t mind light rain or snow. We show you an explanation of this in our video. You can find more tips on care in our Insights.
